Matthew Jakab is an Assistant Director with the National Location Information Branch in Geoscience Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Geoinformatics and Surveying from the University of South Australia. Over the last 20 years, Matthew has applied his knowledge and experience in surveying and the spatial sciences at all three levels of government in Australia. He has also led technical collaborations with national government agencies in the Asia-Pacific region. Matthew currently has a leading role in enabling land information in support of Australian Government priorities.
