Zhao Junsan: male, born in October 1964, professor of Kunming University of Science and Technology, doctoral degree, doctoral tutor, founder of Yunjindi Technology Enterprise, member of International CPGIS Association, member of the E-Government Committee of China GIS Industry Association, director of China Resources and Environment Remote Sensing Society, evaluation experts of the National Science and Technology Major Project, experts of the National Science and Technology Awards Committee, Yunling industrial technology leading talents, young and middle-aged academic and technical leaders in Yunnan Province, experts with special allowances enjoyed by the provincial government, member of the Provincial Disaster Reduction and Disaster Prevention Committee expert group, deputy director of the Information Professional Committee of Yunnan Land Society, winner of the first Kunming Youth Science and Technology Award, and model worker of Kunming City.

Professor Zhao has long been engaged in theoretical research and technology development of geographic information science and technology, land resources management and land resources information, land use planning, digital watersheds and smart cities. In recent years, he has presided over dozens of national, provincial and other topics, published more than 100 papers and two monographs. Received nearly 10 awards for scientific and technological achievements of the province. Some scientific research achievements have reached the domestic advanced level and have been widely used in many provinces in China, resulting in good economic and social benefits.
