In the Footsteps of Goyder

The half day tour will include:
- A viewing of the Exhibition “In the Footsteps of Goyder” that commemorates the 150th anniversary of the establishment of Darwin at Roadmasters House Museum.
- A visit to Goyder Park which commemorates the original camp that has evolved into the City of Darwin.
- A bus trip to the Virginia Townsite which was surveyed by the Goyder Expedition but never developed. Many original survey marks are still in place.
Please wear closed shoes and a hat as this tour involves some walking.
